Templates
Disclaimer: eDOCSNL is not responsible for building and deploying private forms, though in some cases this has been done as a courtesy during individual deployments where deemed required so we are able to make them available for users to download and import into their EMRs here. We take no responsibility for the content of these forms or any consequences of their use (e.g. forms being rejected because they are the incorrect versions) and will be unaware of revisions that may have occurred until brought to our attention by either the owner or an end user. If there are revisions we take no responsibility for the timely updating of these forms or make any commitments that they will be updated at all. If the owners of the forms wish to make these available to all users, they are welcome to engage with Telus for broad deployment across the province and bear the cost of the same. We can facilitate this engagement if necessary. eDOCSNL’s responsibilities for form development and deployment are detailed in this policy.

Business Continuity for Externals Clinics Using CorCare Hyperspace
For clinics who are transitioning to the use of hyperspace in your external practice, you will need to have a business continuity plan in place. Part of the preparation for this involved designating a business continuity computer, attached to a Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) that is connected to the internet and to a USB printer. Please download and extract the following file to set up your business continuity device (this Zip file also contains instructions and a downtime package of forms etc. ). If you don’t know how to do this yourself, we suggest you contact your clinic IT resource to do this for you.
