TRAINING

Post Go Live Training Requests 

All new training request need to be sent at least two full business days before the training/access is required to allow for accounts to be set up and training to be scheduled.

Required information in the email:

  • Start Date
  • RHA
  • Employee Name
  • Employee email
  • Role
  • Primary Site Location
  • Secondary Site Location

Staff will receive confirmation of the time they are scheduled as soon as they are placed into the schedule, then will need to wait for the invite. It will be the manager’s responsibility to ensure staff can attend the session they are scheduled for.

A dedicated support team is available in each Regional Health Authority to provide technical support.

Support Hours:  Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Users may submit issues via voice mail or email.  Please include your Regional Employee ID# in all requests along with:

  • Your Name
  • Call Back Phone #
  • Clinic Location
  • Overview of Issue
