NLCHI is committed to supporting the regional health authorities with EMR (Electronic Medical Record) issues.
End-users will contact their RHA service desk as tier 1 support. RHA service desk staff will resolve the issue or determine the next steps if required. The resolution may require assistance from their own RHA Tier 2 support, TELUS CE Assure or the provincial/NLCHI support teams.
