The Newfoundland and Labrador Department of Health and Community Services and Canada Health Infoway (Infoway) are pleased to announce the Phase one Expansion of PrescribeIT®, Infoway’s national e-prescribing service, in Newfoundland and Labrador. PrescribeIT is integrated with Med Access and allows for easy and efficient communication directly with the Pharmacy, no more endless phone tag between pharmacy and clinic! There is no fee or additional cost to eDOCSNL users to participate in PrescribeIT®. Measures have been put in place to expand PrescribeIT deployment across the province in Fall of 2024. The pharmacies deployed to during the Phase One expansion to date include:
