FORMS INVENTORY

The below link will take you to a listing of currently available Templates  that can be found in the NLHS (Eastern/Labrador-Grenfell, Western and Central Health) Zone EMRs.  As not all Templates are pushed out by Telus to all EMRs, especially those which are not provincial in use, you may not have some of these Forms in your own EMR.

If you would like a copy (export) of any of these Forms to download (import) into your own EMR and/or if you require assistance in doing this, please reach out to info@edocsnl.ca.

Please note that while this list will be reviewed and updated periodically by eDOCSNL, it is possible that some Forms may be updated or may not be the most recent version.  It is therefore the responsibility of the user to ensure they have the most recent version of the Form.
