WorkplaceNL Physician’s Report

Working with WorkplaceNL, eDOCSNL has deployed a digital version of the WorkplaceNL Physician’s report. Please refer to the following documentation for setting up and using the report. The EMR approach to the report is slightly different than the paper form, in that it appears as a visit template in your EMR which is mapped to print types. This will ensure that only the fields required for the Physician, employer and employee are displayed when the appropriate print type is used to print or fax the report.
