Provincial Preventive Care Plan

The Provincial Preventive Care Plan care plan collects the recommendations from local providers and clinical governance as well as screening programs, both within NL and nationally, to produce a set of locally relevant but best practice-based EMR tools. This is a dynamic tool and will be responsive to future recommendations and changes to preventive care principles.
