COPD Management Tools

The program is supports Family Physicians with the use of the COPD fee code developing and deploying a provincial standard EMR visit template, though the COPS Management Tools are useful for all primary care providers regardless of payment method. We have also deployed a COPD care plan and reporting dashboard for population level care and monitoring.
