eDOCSNL is contractually obligated to provide access to EMR and support for mature use to all active eDOCSNL subscribers. Occasionally we have encountered scenarios wherein one user in an EMR instance is blocking access or full use of the EMR software for another subscriber, using their site level administrative privileges. The EMR Management Committee has authorized the program office, as of September 22nd, 2023, to intervene to restore access to affected users in appropriate cases and following a process outlined in THIS POLICY.
