Heart Failure Tools

The Practice 360 Heart Failure Tools Project is a collaboration between eDOCSNL, the Canadian Cardiovascular Society and Cardiology Services at the NLHS. The objective is to translate the Canadian Cardiovascular Society Heart Failure guidelines into a form that can be fully supported by the intelligent clinical decision support features of the EMR and support the delivery of Heart Failure care across Newfoundland and Labrador.

The first artifact produced from this project is a clinical education support video for the pilot group who are helping us refine the Heart Failure tools for provincial deployment later in 2024.
