Support Process for NLHS Staff

eDOCSNL is committed to supporting the NLHS Zones with EMR (Electronic Medical Record) issues. 

End-users will contact their Health Zone Service Desk as first line of support.  Health Authority zonal service desk staff will resolve the issue or determine the next steps if required. The resolution may require assistance from their own zone Tier 2 support, TELUS or the provincial support teams.
