Support Process for Health Authority Users
eDOCSNL is committed to supporting the regional health authorities with EMR (Electronic Medical Record) issues.
End-users will contact their zone service desk as tier 1 support. Health authority zonal service desk staff will resolve the issue or determine the next steps if required. The resolution may require assistance from their own zone Tier 2 support, TELUS CE Assure or the provincial support teams.
